We are a 501(c)3 non-profit and student-led organization
at the University of Michigan
providing financial & consulting services to local
Ann Arbor and Detroit microbusinesses
to empower entrepreneurs, aid in community revitalization, and
foster inclusive and sustainable financing
We deliver our mission through our 3 branches
CONSULTING

Provides pro-bono due diligence and strategy consulting services to microbusinesses, along with private equity, venture capital, and microfinance organizations
IMPACT MICROFINANCE FUND
​
Provides microloans to social entrepreneurs in communities local to Ann Arbor and Detroit where capital barriers exist
RESEARCH
​
Develops industry reports to advance IIG's impact measurement, alongside creating IIG's own comprehensive financial & impact metrics used in loan provision
